Matrix Asset Management products are only open to clients who are Wholesale/Sophisticated investors as defined in the Corporations Act
A wholesale investor includes clients who:
Invest $500,000 or more in the fund
Earn a gross income of $250,000AUD or more per annum in each of the previous two years; or
Have net assets of at least $2.5 million AUD
Diversified Commercial Income Fund (DCIF)

Fund Allocation

The Fund will be limited to providing commercial loans to SPVs, which will use the funds advanced to make loans, either directly or indirectly, to be used for acquisition or development of underlying commercial properties. These commercial property types may include:

Luxury International Hotel Brands
​
Shopping centres;
​
Mixed-use Commercial/Retail centres; or
​
Office Buildings.
​
Stability of returns and future income is achieved through strong covenants and management agreements in excess of 15 years.

Fund Investment Criteria
​
These assets must be in one of the following stages and/or with the end determined use being commercial in nature:

Established
​
Post-development agreement
​
Under Construction; or
​
Institutional funding secured.
